8 Things Offered by the 10-Minute Trainer®–Heavy Resistance
Tony Horton is well devoted in developing special fitness programs for different people. Another proof of his devotion is the Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer™. This trainer is specifically designed for the busy people who often disregard their fitness or workout routine because of their busy schedules. This trainer lasts only for 10 minutes and it has combinations of different workouts compiled together to fill the 10 minutes time requirements. This trainer is classified into two. The first is the deluxe or medium resistance that requires less energy and lesser intensity of the workouts. The second is the heavy resistance with active and more challenging workouts.
The second classification, the 10-Minute Trainer®–Heavy Resistance has more advanced workouts for more active and energy pounding 10-minute workouts. This program, like the medium resistance, ensures fast and effective workout through Horton’s advanced Super Stacking Technique used in this program. This technique uses the higher resistance bands and other moves in every workout. More than 3 different high intensity routines are stacked and used in this program.
The 10-minute workouts, both of medium and heavy resistance offers you the following:
1. Total Body Workout. This includes workouts using the standard resistance bands of higher load or resistance and other workouts that are stacked to cover every seconds of the 10 minutes program.
2. Cardio. More complicated and active punches, lunges, and kicks re offered in this video for you to do at least once a day for everyday to give you fast fat-burning action on your body.
3. Lower Body. This workout contains rigid routines that work on your knees, thighs, and leg muscles.
