distributor, or COACH of TeamBEACHBODY.COM.
www.workoutroutines.biz promotes the TEAMBEACHBODY.COM
products because we believe in the programs, products and the overall
approach to fitness this company takes. However, we are an independent
distribution company.
None of the products we sell come with any hidden monthly fees. When
you place your order from www.workoutroutines.biz you will get only
what you have ordered and no surprises in your bank account or your
mailbox.
RETURNS GUARANTEE
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you
will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can
return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or no
reason. We want you to be 100% satisfied with
www.workoutroutines.biz products.
If you need to return something, please send an email to
traci@workoutroutines.biz within 30 days of receiving your order for
authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 30 days
of your receipt of your order, if you are not totally satisfied with your
purchase. Once we receive your returned order, you will then be refunded
the total cost minus shipping and handling charges. A 10% Restocking
fee will be added to all P90X DVD returns.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club, and American
Express. We can also accept cashier's checks and personal checks. In
the event you use a personal check or cashier's check, please make

All orders by check or money order will be processed upon receipt of
payment. Personal checks must clear the bank before your order will be
processed, this waiting period can be as much as 10 business days.
Once your check has cleared you will be emailed with a confirmation that
your order is on its way!
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
www.workoutroutines.biz will use its best efforts to ship products within
10 days of the receipt of a properly completed payment. However, please
note that with increasing popularity of the these programs, some orders
may take 3 weeks for delivery due to limitations on warehouse and
distributor supply. Any delivery or shipment date provided by
www.workoutroutines.biz to you is our good-faith estimate.
Shipping usually takes 3-6 days before you will receive your order, PLUS
any delays in products in our warehouse and however long it takes to
process the order. Currently processing time is taking between 5-7
business days (as of February 1st, 2010).
www.workoutroutines.biz is not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or
expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
Our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in
multiple shipments, In addition, you may receive an invoice only from the
specific supplier (and we will accept these invoices as your receipt in
case of a return).
www.workoutroutines.biz will work with you and the shipping agency to
see that you receive your complete order and products as soon as
possible.
WE SHIP VIA USPS & UPS
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped on either
the UPS.com website or USPS.com website. www.workoutroutines.biz
uses USPS & UPS Ground for shipping within the United States and
Canada. We've found that both USPS & UPS provide the best value and
reliability for our customers.
CANADIAN SHIP TO ADDRESSES
At this time, we cannot ship outside the U.S. or Canada. For all Canada
shipments, any shipping charge under $50.00US (excluding $10.95 US
for duties and taxes) will be charged at the time of order. If the shipping
charge exceeds $50.00 US, you will be notified by email with the shipping
quote. We ask that you review the quote and specifically approve the costs
prior to processing for shipment. All orders delivered to Canadian
addresses are shipped once per week. We've found the most cost
effective way to ship to our Canadian customers is to consolidate
shipments and minimize both import duties and taxes. Consolidation
adds up to 5 additional days for shipping but results in a flat $10.95 US
additional charge for duties and taxes.
ALASKA AND HAWAII SHIP TO ADDRESSES
There is a $9.95 fee for shipping to ALASKA and HAWAII in addition to
normal shipping charges.
NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT!
www.workoutroutines.biz has no minimum order requirement for any of
our products. If you need a special order or have questions, then don't
forget to ask!
SALES TAX
8.9% sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to
addresses within the State of Ohio.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders are not available at this time.
